There are a number of ways for individuals and organizations to take part in IAS 2019. Find out more about our satellites and exhibitions, sponsorship and charitable giving programmes, and volunteer and mentoring opportunities.
Organizing a satellite symposium or being part of the exhibition provides your organization with a unique opportunity to showcase your work and to access the largest conference hub where your organization can engage the world’s leading HIV professionals.
IAS 2019 offers excellent opportunities for corporate partners to demonstrate their support for the HIV response and to showcase their HIV-related work. In addition to sponsorship packages, we have developed individual branding opportunities to extend brand visibility.
Volunteers play a central role during the conference, and convey the image of the conference to participants. Volunteers receive free access to conference sessions when not on duty and a lunch each working day. It is a great opportunity for those who are interested in knowing more about issues related to HIV and AIDS, sharing experiences and being inspired by people from all walks of life, from across the world.
The Local Charitable Giving Programme financially supports a local project each year in the host city. Delegates have the option to contribute to the programme through the registration process. The funds collected are transferred to the organization or programme after the conference.
